The living and dining room have new furniture including leather reclining lounge chairs. There is also a smart 43 inch flat screen tv, a DVD player, a Roku box with Netflix and local cable tv. There is a split air conditioning unit in each bedroom as well as in the living room. Hot water and good water pressure is in all the sinks and bathrooms.
The open-concept modern kitchen comes fully equipped with fridge, stove and oven, dishwasher, garbage disposal, microwave, toaster and electronic coffee machine. There are beautiful exotic granite countertops throughout.
The master bedroom suite has king-size bed, air conditioning, ocean views with balcony access, closets, tv and en suite full bathroom with jacuzi jet shower panel. The other bedroom suite has a queen-size bed, air conditioning, closets and full bathroom which doubles as the guest bathroom. Sheets, blankets, towels, pillows are provided.
