There are coffee plants, tomato de árboles, babaco, oranges, granadillas, catus fruit, fig, zambo, pomarrosa (rose-apple), Limón dulces (sweet lemons), Chirimoya (custard apple), pomelo, squash, white carrots, and bananas. But many more crops have been planted: corn, apple trees, and peach trees. There are many herbs: mint, aloe vera, lemon verbena, lemon grass, and chamomile. The climate of warm sunny days but cooler nights is great for a relaxing lifestyle but also wonderful for productive organic farming.

 

The clean water supply is abundant and flows throughout the entire property from a mountain spring originating on top of the property. There are also numerous undeveloped natural springs and seasonal picturesque waterfalls (4 waterfalls have been found so far).

 

This property has great subdivision and investment potential due to the large number of level building sites and paved road access. The upper portion, middle sections, and lower section are all car accessible.
