No need to put on any a/c with all those windows open!! You enter into the unit to the open concept living/dining room and are immediately taken by the views. Off to the left there is a small galley kitchen with upper and lower cabs, stove, fridge, microwave, toaster, blender, pots/pans and dishware. The visitor’s full bath is off the kitchen and has a stackable washer/dryer. The master bedroom is a nice size and has ample closet space and an en-suite bathroom. The building has 24/7 security, an elevator, as well as a pool and jacuzzy. Located in the San Lorenzo area of Salinas, where plenty of eateries can be found and the beach is only 2 blocks away. The start of the Malecón is right here and transportation is plentiful if you don’t feel like walking.
Rates are short-term (monthly basis) only. No smoking, no pets. Maximum 2 adults.
