The building is located directly on the water with direct access to the San Lorenzo beach. A pool and jacuzzi are out in the front social area, with outdoor seating area and shower area. The building has 24/7 guards and there is one assigned parking spot. Short-term monthly rentals only. Rates include homeowners fees. Electric and water usage are billed separately.
