This 800 square foot condo has everything you’ll need for your stay. Open concept living/dining area with comfortable sofa and loveseat. The sliding glass windows stack to one side opening up to a beautiful ocean-view. A small table and chairs is just the right size for your morning breakfast. A television mounted to the wall allows you to watch your Netflix if you felt like staying inside one day. The kitchen is quite functional and has a fridge and 4 burner gas stove with small oven, for those who might like to bake. There are pots and pans, a dish place setting for 4, microwave, coffeepot, toaster, and blender. There is a washing machine with clothesline for air-drying.

There are two bedrooms: the master has sliding glass doors that stack to one side just like the living room for that direct ocean-view. There is a queen sized bed, an air conditioner, ceiling fan, nice closet space, chest of drawers for storage, and a full en-suite bath. The second bedroom is at the back of the condo and has a bunk bed (lower bed is full size and upper a twin) with a nice sized closet and an air conditioner. There is a second full bathroom in the hallway. There are linens and towels.

The building has 24/7 security, elevator, a pool, Jacuzzi and seating area on the ground floor and a rooftop terrace area with 360 degree views of the city as well as a plenty of outdoor seating area, jacuzzi, sauna, steam room and bathrooms. On-street parking only is available.
